Growing up on a benefit

What this means then is that thanks to this Nanny Government, 3/4 of this country will soon be on the mooch. Nanny is promising to provide, and they expect the voters to reward them accordingly.

As Barry Soper commented of this billion dollar spend-up, "the bung is well and truly out of the pork barrel." If successful, this Government will have used that pork barrel to turn us in just two terms from a nation of sheeple, to a nation now almost completely sucking off the state tit.
