Coyote vs Acme
An amusing brief has been filed in an Arizona court by Wile E. Coyote, claiming damages from the Acme Company for their generally defective products.
Who wouldn't be sympathetic to Mr Coyote's plea?

We think the government needs to step in, in order to ensure that equality prevails in the predator-prey relationship between Coyote and Road Runner.
As a result of independent analysis, we are able to state categorically that the Coyote is at a considerable disadvantage as a result of not being able to generate the puff needed to catch Mr. Runner.
Either the government should legislate some road speed rules (limited to 25km/h) to ensure equitable opportunity for escape or capture or we shall start legal proceedings.
